Extra Mile Ministries was started as obedience to the call of God by Godknows Muto in 2007 while he was serving as Evangelism chairman at a local church. Most people advised him to be a pastor so that he can get support but he decided to trust the Lord. That’s when Extra Mile came about.
"Extra Mile Ministries", is dedicated to fulfilling the Great Commission by spreading the message of hope and love through evangelism, discipleship, and leadership development. With a mission to empower individuals and communities, we have actively engaged in various countries, reaching out to the underprivileged and marginalized. Through our evangelism efforts, we share the transformative message of faith, fostering spiritual growth and resilience among diverse populations. Our discipleship programs are designed to nurture leaders who are equipped to inspire and guide others, creating a ripple effect of positive change within their communities.
In addition to our spiritual missions, we prioritize practical support for the underprivileged, providing resources and opportunities that promote self-sufficiency and dignity. By addressing both spiritual and physical needs, we aim to create lasting impacts that reflect the love and teachings of our faith. Equip: Every member is called to be a minister. Our goal is to equip all believers in basic ministry skills. God’s word is the ultimate equipping tool.
Empower:Jesus expects all disciples to make disciples. The goal is not just to equip them, but also to empower them to make disciples.
Developing church members with knowledge, skills, mentorship and experience to serve in their roles and encourages members to contribute their unique talents and skills to further the kingdom.
Our orphan care programs provide support for vulnerable children, ensuring they receive the love, education, and resources they need to thrive. We partner with local communities and organizations to facilitate safe environments.
We believe that the Bible is the ultimate religious authority and the sole guide to belief and practice. We also believe that each Christian should be free to interpret the Bible for themselves.
We believe in the Trinity, which is the idea that God the Father, God the Son (Jesus), and God the Holy Spirit are three figures united in one God.
We believe that people are saved by having faith in God, not because of anything they do.
